T. Scott Smith, age 62 of West Chicago, passed away January 6, 2021. Beloved husband of 38 years to Diane nee Guerra; loving father of Kyle (Ashley) Smith, Ryan (Krystle) Smith, Dana (Anthony) Gershak and Shane (Marisa) Smith; cherished son of the late Ione and Bill Smith; proud grandfather of McKenzie, Sydney, Maison and Jaxson; dear brother of William Smith, Debbie Geldermann and Pam (Darrel Matuska) Smith; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will be held at DuPage Cremations, Ltd. and Memorial Chapel (951 W. Washington Street, West Chicago, Illinois) on Saturday, January 16, 2021, from 1-5 PM with a prayer service beginning at 4 PM.
