Simple Cremation Package

Pre-Registered: $1,095.00*

*Registration form and registration fee must be secured before time of need. Add $100.00 if the deceased has not been pre-registered with DuPage Cremations, Ltd.

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

    Transfer of deceased within our service area
    (Service area includes all of Cook, DuPage, Lake, McHenry, Kane, Dekalb, Kendall, Grundy and Will Counties)
    Securing all necessary legal documents and permits
    Alternative Cremation Container
    Basic Urn
    Delivery of ashes and legal papers
    Cremation Fee

    We also provide the following assistance at no additional charge:
    Publishing of the obituary
    Arranging memorial services
    Filing all forms of government claims     (V.A., Social Security, Public Aid, etc.)
    Filing life insurance claims
    Arranging for the final disposition of the ashes     (Cemetery, scattering, etc.)

Prices Effective August 15, 2004

Each of the service packages offered by DuPage Cremations, Ltd. include all services and merchandise offered in the "Simple Cremation Package". The package prices are complete without additional charges and reflect a $100.00 pre-registered discount. Only cash advanced items, such as medical examiner/coroner cremation permit (example: Cook County is $20.00 and DuPage County is $10.00), certified copies of the death certificate or newspaper charges are additional.
