You may register for our service pre-need. There is a small registration fee which includes the maintenance of your records and registration packet. Registering entitles your family to a reduced fee for the cremation when it is needed ($100 less than for non-registered individuals). It also helps your survivors minimize their stress, because all they have to do is call us and we'll handle the rest. When you register, you take care of the following:

• Supply the information that would be needed for a death certificate
• Provide authorization for cremation
• Ensure that your wishes are followed
• Indicate where you want your remains sent

To register, just complete the Dupage Cremations, Ltd. & Memorial Chapel registration form, print and sign the form, and return it to us with your registration fee. We will process it immediately and sent your registration card and certificate in return mail. Or, you may call us at 1-800-588-1132.

You may also both register and pre-pay, if you wish. Paying in advance means that your family will not need to worry about costs at the time of your death. It also guarantees against inflation by locking in today's prices. The money you pay will be held in your choice of an insurance or trust account.
