While our main service involves simple cremation, we can arrange memorial services at a church or chapel, help organize clergy or prepare for a visitation. These and other services are optional and available at an additional charge.

A Memorial Visitation and Service at a Funeral Home

A family may have a memorial visitation and service following the cremation in a funeral home setting. A normal memorial visitation begins at 9AM and concludes at noon with a formal service. The time schedule may be adjusted according to the wishes of the family.

    Includes all services as indicated in the Simple Cremation package and the use of funeral home and Dupage Cremations, Ltd. & Memorial Chapel staff to supervise all services.
    Dupage Cremations, Ltd. & Memorial Chapel will assist with locating clergy, ordering flowers, arranging a luncheon and any additional items desired for the service.

A One Hour Viewing at the Crematory Chapel

This is a simple, dignified and cost effective way for a family to see their loved one prior to the cremation.

    Includes all services as indicated in the Simple Cremation Package as well as:
    Preparation of the deceased
    Cremation Casket (Optional)
    Use of the staff to supervise the visitation and service
    Use of Crematory Chapel

A One Hour Viewing at the Funeral Home

Dupage Cremations, Ltd. & Memorial Chapel offers this service to families who wish to see their loved one in a funeral home setting. This package includes the following:

    All services as indicated in the Simple Cremation Package as well as:
    Preparation of the deceased
    Cremation Casket (Optional)
    Transportation from the funeral home to the crematory
    The use of the funeral home and Dupage Cremations, Ltd. & Memorial Chapel staff

A Visitation and Service at Other Facility

A family may choose to have all their loved one's funeral services at their place of worship or nursing home facility. Dupage Cremations, Ltd. & Memorial Chapel will handle all arrangements including, planning and supervision of the visitation and service.

    Includes all services as indicated in the Simple Cremation Package as well as:
    Embalming and preparation of the deceased
    Cremation Casket
    The use of staff to plan and supervise the entire service
    Hearse for transportation to the place of the service and then to the crematory

    The stipend given to your place of worship or nursing facility varies and is in addition to the cost of services. Dupage Cremations, Ltd. & Memorial Chapel will assist with locating clergy, ordering flowers, arranging a luncheon or any additional items desired for the service.

Dupage Cremations, Ltd. & Memorial Chapel is:

  • Fully licensed with the State Comptroller and the State of Illinois
  • A member and participant in the Illinois Better Business's Bureau's Care Program, and
  • A Member of the Illinois Funeral Director's Association
